your google mail PICASA desktop?
Follow this step below to solve your problem.
1. Go to this link » http://www.google.com/support/
accounts/bin/static.py?page=guide.cs&
guide=1056283&topic=1067530
2. Find " Visit the Authorizing applications and
sites page under your Google Account settings "
then click to Authorizing applications and sites or open » https://www.google.com/accounts/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens
3. Log in your Gmail account.
Type "picasa desktop client" into box then click
generate password button.
4. Last, copy the exist password then put in to your
picasa application desktop password.
